There are 2 important conditions of the nomination for BESC Award:
1. The video comes up on YouTube
2. The video does not consist of only a live performance's montage.
Voting will begin on 8 May at 5:00 p.m. UTC*
The following 32 countries are NOMINATED:
Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus. Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia. Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, FYR Macedonia, Moldova, Poland, Portugalia, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom.
